PeaceBody Yoga: Practicing together, we give the Body, Mind, Heart and Soul the sacred waters of loving awareness, so that peace has the opportunity to flower within. PeaceBody Yoga integrates strength and surrender, movement and stillness, power and gentleness. They dance, as Shakti dances, awakening the full Rasa (scent and flavor!) of life. Each practice begins with meditation, chanting and prayer. We flow into vinyasa movement, integrated with conscious breath, bio-dynamic alignment and guided imagery. We work with direct connection to our Higher Selves and to the Planetary Oneness Grids, inviting our own highest divine intentions both individually and collectively to be activated through our conscious intent. Our practices empower us to BE and to ACT as love - as the Goddess - alive, awake and radiantly embodied!

Join Founder and Formulator of Little Moon Essentials as she takes us on a therapeutic, tantalizing and nurturing journey into the realms of truly natural, aromatherapeutic body remedies that gently help the body to restore its radiant good health, vitality and beauty. She will share quick home remedies, tips for when to use various essential oils and fragrances, foot scrubs, bath salts, massage oils and lotions for all situations. Playtime for the Young Goddesses
Each day 1 1/2 - 3 hours of activities appropriate for ages 6-12 will be offered for our youthful goddesses such as yoga, nature crafts and outdoor adventures. More details coming soon.
